Hi Nick, I'm very disappointed with your service department. I took my Victory Magnum to you guys on 8/11/18 for an oil change and Chris Parker was the service writer who checked me in. He said I needed a new front tire because the thread depth was thin and I needed to have my fork seals inspection. I left my bike there and Chris said it will ready for pick up on Tuesday 8/14/18. When Tuesday came no phone call, then Wednesday no phone call. I didn't get a phone call till Thursday afternoon from Cory and he told me that the tech who was working on my bike dropped something on my gas tank and put a dent and chipped my paint. He said he has a guy who does body and paint for you guys and it'll be another week before I get my bike. So I called the following Saturday and asked for Chris, I asked him if my bike was ready and he no, the tank didn't leave till Tuesday and then he said don't call back we will call you when the bike is done. I waited 2 weeks and called Cory last Friday 9/7/18 and he said his body and paint guy had an emergency but I should be getting my bike end of this week. I'm wondering if the tech damaged my tank on Monday why did it take Cory 3 days to notify me? Why wasn't I informed on the progress of my tank each week? Hopefully my bike will be done very soon and I should get my new front tire for free for the inconvenience I've been thru.

Excellent service - the best we have ever had. My first question was about saddle bags for my Stryker which can no longer be ordered. We also looked at communicators - John Povee, part specialist - was completely knowledgeable as we decided on the best helmet to purchase. John then installed the communicator in the new helmet for us and taught me how to install it in our helmet at home.

I took my Honda 600rr last Saturday sep 1st to get a full enspection. My intention was to ensure I was buying a bike with no major issues. My bike however, is now giving me more than general maintenance problems. I will go to start it and it will take sometimes ten minutes before it starts and yesterday it died on me while I was driving. Not satisfied with my service inspection.

Paperwork wait time is horrible. We had our ATV picked out within 20 mins. To finalize the sale and drive off was another two hours. We are happy with the ATV but being a repeat customer one would think the process would be faster

I called and spoke with Tyler because I had received a second notice for a recall which I thought was done when we purchased the rzr. Tyler was very helpful in looking it up and letting me know its something different. When we brought the machine in it wasn't suppose to be ready until the next day and we received a call later that afternoon that is was ready to be picked up. Great job and very happy with the service department.
