Brought my FLHXS in to service to have my front fender replaced. Charlie as always came out to assess what needed to be done, asked if I was in a hurry And I said no. He said give me a few minutes and Ill have you out of here and on the road In a few minutes. The bike was scheduled to be worked in the next day. All the service techs always go above and beyond when they can and to me the best mechanics around!

I rode into Frieze with great concern over an ignition/battery issue I could not figure out. I struggled to get my bike to start despite full battery charge. Tim immediately jumped to action, took my bike back, quickly sorted out the problem, and returned the bike to me with a great attitude. In the meantime, I got a quote on new tires and hope to purchase soon. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, which gave me great peace of mind and fixed what was a small problem to a trained professional but huge to me.

I worked with Steve who welcomed me, explained the upgrades which weee performed on the bike and walked me through all the details. I couldnt be more pleased with how he treated me and even offered assistance when I asked about other bike features like adjusting the back rest.

Had my 2005 Ultra Classic in for a 35000 Mile service. Dropped it off the day before. Picked up as planned. They had cleaned it and did an excellent job taking care of me. Gene did the service, Charlie opened the doors, Tim brought the bike out, and Steve checked me out. The service rider was busy with other customers, but took the time to acknowledge me and give me time as well. A total team effort. All in all, a great experience. That's why I give Frieze HD my total loyalty.

I was happy with my fall service last year at Frieze until I discovered a missing lug nut this spring while giving my trike a detailed cleaning. To my dismay, Frieze had to order a replacement lug nut and that took over two weeks to receive. OVER TWO WEEKS! That's not right. That is not acceptable customer service for basic parts needed to keep the wheels on.
