No problems, good service, all ordered parts were received in good order and arrived as per shipping dates. Only gripe would be on shipping costs which seemed to be quite high for such a small package.

My sentiments are similar to a review written By John B. on July 12, 2018. I have purchased many items from Dillon Brothers in the past several years with no complaints. The one issue with the last order is that the order status was not (may still not be) updated. When after a phone call to ask about the stagnant order process w was I told that the part was not in stock and had to be ordered from Japan. Timing of order delivery is important to me to plan a cross border trip for pickup at a US location. Other than the company neglecting to update the order status, it is still a good place to buy parts from.

It took two weeks of waiting before I finally gave in and called customer service to check the status of my order because it was still showing that it had not been processed or shipped, yes I said 2 weeks. When I called I was told that 'some' of the parts had not been in stock and they were waiting for them before sending the first order. It was another week before receiving my first order and another week before receiving the second which was placed the same day as the first. I notified the representative that the status updates and tracking info was not being sent from the site and they said they would have someone look at it. This has not happened yet and I am ordering from other suppliers because of it. My order was put in on 05/26/2018 and as of today 07/12/2018, the first order still shows it has only been Submitted and not shipped.

Ordered a speedo cable for a 1969 Yamaha, you listed it as OEM but I rcvd black vice gray which was OEM. So far no one has responded back, why! It is also 2.5 longer.
