Parts pick-up

It was awesome. I ordered parts weeks ago and just hadn't been able to make it in to pick them up. I stopped in on Saturday expecting them to have to dig for my order, half expecting them to have sent the parts back. Instead, I believe it was Jonathan who quick stepped into the parts room and returned immediately with the parts. He knew right where they were and I was in and out in no time!

Nick has the uncanny ability to put a customer at ease by joking and making them smile, yet he still gets his point across in a professional manner. His estimates (so far) have been spot on or high. It is always a pleasant surprise to be quoted one price and delivered at less than that price. Love the while-you-wait inspection and tire changes. I've had tires installed and several bikes inspected -- YCH makes it simple and easy. No other dealer offers while-you-wait services. As usual, Nick is wonderful and Earl took a few moments to speak with me about the condition of the bike so I knew what work would be needed in the future. Trust is something hard to earn but it's the foundation to a good reputation. I trust the folks at YCH for all of my service needs. Thanks !!
