I let my KTM Duke sit all winter without starting it. Needless to say- an idiotic move. Anyway- Nick came to the rescue. Good people skills. Was attentive and very professional. Service was reasonably priced and turn around was good. You guys are very good. That may sound overly supportive- but trust me- I've seen bad service and indifferent Managers. I don't give great reviews often. This was a pleasure.

I had an issue with limited time, and Miguel fit me in on the same day. The Tech was able to fix the issue within an hour or so. The whole Service Department has always been top notch, which is greatly appreciated. I have highly recommended YCH of Camp Hill and will continue to do so!

I got a screw in my rear tire on Sunday which of course Yamaha is closed Sunday Monday so I had to wait till Tuesday to call no big deal. I call on Tuesday to see if they had the tire I had been wanting as the tires that were on my bike stock were horrible. The last time I was in they had just sold the rear but had a front (about 3 weeks ago). When I called he said they still had not ordered a rear tire in which was a bit annoying, it's a common enough tire you would think they would try to keep at least one set in stock. He tells me he can order it and it will be in within the next 2 days I say that's fine because it was the best he could do and I understood that. I finally bring my bike in Friday (3 days after I called) only to find out he completely forgot to order the rear and never even pulled the front off the shelf to reserve it for me. At this point I was a bit annoyed. What really annoyed me even more was the fact that he made the comment of 'oh I thought we had it in stock' which really aggravated me since the last time we had spoken he looked it up saw there were none in stock and said he would order one! He offered me a different set of tires which were almost as expensive for not as quality of a brand. He did try to call another store to see if he could go get the rear from them and do my tire on Saturday but they didn't have it either. So at this point my decision was to wait until most likely Tuesday of next week to get my bike or take the lower quality (but still expensive...) tires just so I could ride. Well I took the tires at no discount of any kind and went on my way. From what I was told they were exceptionally busy on Tuesday so it is slightly understandable that my tires were forgotten but this has definitely hurt my opinion of Yamaha a bit.
