Faulty clutch

I recently had my 2015 street glide in for a faulty clutch. After speaking to one of the guys in the service department, I was advised of my clutch would not be repaired under warranty. I requested to speak with Christine she was very quick to get my bike into the shop. Harley receive my bike on Tuesday and with a quick repair and excellent customer service, I was back riding again by Thursday. I am very satisfied with Christines rapid response and customer service skills, the service department has changed dramatically since she has taken charge. I will be more than happy to continue using Mancuso for all my service needs.

Thumper was all about doing what was right for the customer. The whole service department did everything possible to help with issues on my bike. Just too bad Harley puts cheap parts on the cooling system of their touring line.

Dwalt is a tremendous ambassador for Crossroads. Extremely credible, easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable on all fronts including product knowledge and what bikes best fit the individual customers. By the time your done talking to Dwalt, you do want to buy a damn bike - from him. Dwalt is one of Crossroads very best assets. Don't lose him.

Rear tire replacement

I had the rear tire replaced on my Ultra Classic Limited. Got to the service department at 8:30 AM,and Thumper met me at the front door and checked out the problem in the tire. Thumper was very courteous and knowledgeable. The tire was changed in short order, and my bike was brought back to me washed and ready to go.

After riding for 30 years but never a HD came by on a quiet Saturday to look. Told Heiko what I liked in a bike and asked to see what Harleys fit the bill and he brought me straight to what I was looking for but didn't know it - a Street Glide Special in charcoal denim. Told he and Bob I wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks but could they please run some numbers to give me an idea. Bob was right on and gave me a great deal (checked with Milwaukee friends who work at HD) right out of the gate with no pressure and no BS. Just guys who love bikes and want to share the experience. Came in 2 weeks later on a crazy Saturday (midget wrestling) to buy and was glad I had a prebaked deal cause Huey made it a little more old school sales style. In the end Bob made sure I got the charcoal denim bike I wanted in the back at the deal previously promised and I threw Huey a bone on a slick move he pulled on rates and extended warranty by taking the extended warranty for 2/3rds of what he asked for. Felt so good the first time I was in so I was kind of sorry the actual final purchase had a little of that icky car lot feel to it but I am in sales too and know someone has to be the bad guy so no hard feelings Huey! Bob and Heiko though were out of this world and made it comfortable and exciting to purchase. I just wanted some help buying the bike I do and will love for a long time and thats what they did for me. BTW Thumper and the Parts team were awesome too - got a backrest put on

I'm new to motorcycling as well as Harley Davidson. Both Jason and Huey made this somewhat stressful situation so fun and easy!! They said we are a part of the family now and I believe it. They bent over backwards to make the transaction so easy. Thanks so much guys!

Awesome Sales Experience

I had visited the dealership initially and Matt was very helpful in helping me narrow down my selection based upon my initial list. He asked questions like what kind of riding will I be doing and what look do I like etc. and narrowed it down to two. I test drove but wasn't ready to pull the trigger for I wanted to check out other bikes (non HD brand). Not once was I pressured so I left for the day and looked at others. After looking, I realized that I wanted an HD so returned a couple weeks later where I spent time testing other bikes of potential interest Again, very patient and most helpful working with my budget and what I wanted. He gave me plenty of options. I ended up leaving with one of the models I test drove on my initial visit. I would definitely recommend anybody in the market for a bike to pay Crossroads a visit.
10,000 mile Service

6/6/2017: Nancy was great! I dropped off my bike for the 10,000 mile service. The bike was ready when Nancy said it would be (actually a little earlier). Personal attention, as it should be. Kudos to Nancy!

Nancy, Nancy, Nancy (why can't I find her name in your roster?) She was so fabulous that I called back to the managers number and left a message. Although my bike was purchased in north Houston, I will be bringing it to this location as long as I can deal with Nancy!
