John was my first contact at the Bike Expo---invited me to the garage party--I went then signed up for riding academy--met Amy Pflaff and she also supported that idea. Took the class- bought my new Superlow a month to the day later! This is a life long dream for me and I couldn't have done it without John--i trusted him from the beginning and he took care of me through the sale. Looking forward to buying another new bike in 2 years---after I get a few miles under my belt on the superlow....Thanks!!

I thought it was pretty poor that an employee was having someone pick up the vases from other tables (5) to give t shirts to her table, pretty greedy.....should have left them for others. Other than that party was great and those inside were very friendly and helpful even though there were many, many people. Kudos for that..thumbs down for the older lady staff!

Finally found my Harley (and my dealership)

Eric Lowe said that we would find the right motorcycle for me. At 6'3, a lot of bikes seem cramped. He was patient and it took awhile. A month ago, purchased a Road King FLHP. The height of the air ride seat made the bike fit me perfect. Love the relaxed family feel to Southside Harley. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. And that includes the customers too. And not to forget the service group that converted the police controls to civilian and re-enabled the cruise control. It was not just a plug and play conversion. Great guys who are proud of what they do. Thank you to all.

Cindy, Chuck and Sam rode to '17 Miracle Ride and had a gas. 20 minutes outside of Indy on I-74 W on way home to Munster, Cindy's trike clutch let go and couldn't accelerate. Towing company couldn't pick up for 2 1/2 hours. Called Kathy S at SSHD and within 30 minutes Steve M and Cauy quickly and efficiently picked up trike and took back to shop so we could continue ride back to Munster. Even though SSHD had a huge event going on with double the amount of bikes, people from last year still found a way to help stranded souls broke down on a hot highway. Now that's kick ass Harley-Davidson premier service!! Great big thanks to Kathy S, Steve M, Cauy, JR, and Larry in Service who checked on us. Y'all rock!!

Bad news today....my bike broke down. I called Southside Harley and talked to my estimator, Chris who helped when I had all of my rebuild and upgrades from when my bike was wrecked in 2015. Told him what had happened and said he would talk to his transport person about picking it up and call me right back. He called and everything was set up for them to come and pick my bike up. CHRIS PERSONALLY CAME AND PICKED PICKED BIKE UP. That is awesome! That is truly customer service in all that it defines. And that is the reason reason why when my bike broke down at 96th and Keystone and I STILL called southside to come and get it.
