Hey Brandon, I really dont complain much. But when I got my bike within a month in. I have had what seems to be transmission issue. I have my bike in for this issue 3 times. All three times it been something different. The damn thing clunks so hard in every gear and when in 6th and you let off the clutch there is a clunk. I am now out of warranty of course I am still having issues. Just a disappointment no one takes me serious. I think the compensator nut is loose again. But I dont know I tried to talk to Rod on July 14th. But I felt like I wasnt there. So I left. Just annoyed

Brought my bike in for service and some upgrades, explained that i kind of knew what i wanted but was still undecided about some, that there would be changes as a figured it out. Came in couple weeks later to inform of changes which required eliminating most of service order for now with more to follow, was called in a couple weeks to be asked about which parts to send to powder coating, all of which was supposed to have been eliminated from service order! Bike was all apart was told they could put it back together and work with me on labor, I asked how long to be powder coating some of the parts on motor, no longer needed front end was using different forks... was told two weeks two months ago, still waiting for my bike to be finished. A nightmare, I would expect a harley shop to be organized and help unorganized amateurs at getting their bikes set up but most important totally missing an update to work order and not informing me correctly of timing involved. It would not have happened had I known, and it wont happen again!

The last time I was in there 2015, I had the Sturgis checkout, and also the front end of my Harley was loose, so they repaired that (I thought), I came back in to have it checked out again because I'm going to Sturgis again and I wanted to make sure the bike was ready. I was told for almost three years I have been riding my bike with a missing bolt in the front of my bike, when I asked if this bolt could have vibrated off, I was told not likely, I asked when I had it in the last time could they forgot to put this bolt back on, I was told maybe. I'm not happy about that, I want to be safe on my bike this is why I take it where I bought it, but with this type of service I don't think I will be bring it back. I don't feel my safety was put in first place when my bike was being worked on.

I am not going to purchase anymore Harley-Davidson clothing until the prices come down. I also do not like the way Harley-Davidson clothing fits. I am not the only one that says this. I have several women friends that are tired of paying high dollar for cheaply made poor fitting clothing. The design of the clothing is meant for a woman that Harley-Davison wants, but if you look at the majority of the women that ride, we are over 40. Please stop making such skinney t-shirts. Not many of us are built that way. If I spend $50 on a tshirt or tank, it better last more than one season, but the material is so thin, one is lucky to get the 2nd season.
