Liddy's new helmet

While visiting Board Tracker Harley a couple of weeks back we were visiting with Kerry talking about motorcycle safety when I asked her to look up and see when my wife Liddy's helmet had been replaced last lo and behold it has been seven years !No good, Kerry showed us some options and Liddy rode out with a brand-new helmet on the spot that day thanks for the heads up to Kerry and the crew in motor clothes.and to all the riders out there check the expiration date on your helmets it's five years old you need to replace it Board Tracker Harley plenty nothing says love to your significant other like a new helmet. The people selected are who I've met on my visits to the facility. They have all been extremely wonderful to deal with, helpful, and nice to talk to. You all treat me like family when I walk through the door. Not many places will do that.... I am excited over my recent purchase for BoardTracker HD...and very pleased with the selection. You guys are the best... trust me... I have visited many HD stores, Yours rates tops on my list in my book.

Went in to look around. Took a long time deciding what I wanted because I loved everything there but I didn't like employees coming up to me constantly trying to take my stuff or asking me if I'm ready or did I need help. If I wanted anything the desk is right there and I would ask if I need it. It makes you feel like they want to hurry you out or like a thirk. I don't like to feel like that. So please don't make us feel rushed or like we are gonna try to steal something.

My wife needed a helmet for an upcoming trip and the associate spent the time necessary to accomplish the task. She made sure that there was a proper fit and gave good information on helmet protocol. The help was much appreciated as we are not helmet wearing bikers! Just what we needed! Thanks for the help. Sorry, can't tell from the pics which girl helped us.

from the moment you walk into boardtarcker you feel like part of the fam this was my first Harley I got Friday 2016 roadglide special kurt and the whole team there are amazing had some good laughs and they went over the whole bike in detail. I will for sure be back and will recommend to anyone in search of a bike go there before you buy a bike. great parts department 5 min phone call and my parts where ordered also thanks to jim he had some great ideas on insurance that really opened my eyes. anytime i need something i text kurt and he gets right back to me that is huge. thanks again to everyone at boardtracker Harley Davidson i haven't stop smiling since i left.

No one was manning the cash register when I was ready to check out. Department was quiet as we were there later in the afternoon. Had to wait longer than I would've liked until another employee was kind enough to jump in and check me out. Also, please correct the spelling of my name. It should be Mary Ann. Thanks.

This is my 4th Harley I have purchased at Boardtrackers. I continue to purchase my bikes, even though I have been contacted by two other Harley dealerships, from Boardtrackers because of Rod. He realized what an old guy needs and makes certain all avenues are covered. An outstanding sales person and friend. Also, your service department is awesome and I never get we can't do it now or you'll have to make an appointment, Andy takes the time to listen and resolve whatever needs to be done. Sometimes it takes an appointment but he always listens first and then works out the details. I'm very pleased with the Boardtracker family!!!
