Brought my FLHXS in to service to have my front fender replaced. Charlie as always came out to assess what needed to be done, asked if I was in a hurry And I said no. He said give me a few minutes and Ill have you out of here and on the road In a few minutes. The bike was scheduled to be worked in the next day. All the service techs always go above and beyond when they can and to me the best mechanics around!

Battery/Ignition issues

I rode into Frieze with great concern over an ignition/battery issue I could not figure out. I struggled to get my bike to start despite full battery charge. Tim immediately jumped to action, took my bike back, quickly sorted out the problem, and returned the bike to me with a great attitude. In the meantime, I got a quote on new tires and hope to purchase soon. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, which gave me great peace of mind and fixed what was a small problem to a trained professional but huge to me.
