Overall it was a good experience. Everyone was super nice. For the amount of money I paid I really would have liked to have been given a checklist of things that were addressed with my bike and actual data collected. A major disappointment was that my black road glide looked like it had been washed with a dirty mop when it was done. If I wasnt pressed for time I would have complained.

My bike had the chrome magnet caps stolen off my bike when I came to pick it up, it also had a bad paint chip on my fender where my passenger seat bolt screws into the fender to secure the seat. Saddle bags had about 1 1/2 cup of standing water in them. My service kept getting pushed back due to parts needing to be ordered even though I have constantly communicated weeks before I would return back to town to get my bike. it seems as though my bike was not being worked on until the day before I was return to town. I should not have told them that I would be out of town for two weeks before I come to pick it up.

Scheduled a time for my recall to get completed. Billy checked me in I informed service when I scheduled the repair that I would wait on it. I was told 1.5 by Keely. Billy Told me 2 hours when I checked it. It took @ 2.5 hours which was too long. The reason for making an appointment is to get in and out on time. That is my only complaint about the experience.
