I tried to buy my 2020 road glide from you guys. I was a cash customer no financing needed. You were $4000 higher than roadhouse Harley Davidson in Mount Vernon Illinois for the exact same bike. I told the sales person if they could get within $1000 I would buy it locally instead of going to Illinois since I own a local business . They said they couldnt do it so roadhouse delivered my new bike and picked up my cash for $4000 less.

Your sales team in Terre Haute is awesome, as for the rest of store it is just horrible. You cant ever get a hold of anyone in service and when you do they cant answer your questions, takes weeks to get an appointment, service is slow and over priced. Takes weeks not days to get the parts in, when you can order the same parts off of amazon for cheaper price and get them here in 3 days. Supposed to have an insurance estimate done on my bike today ( sept 1) and it didn't get done. I have had my bike in the shop twice since I have owned it, (3 Months) each time they may fix one thing but not the other. Last time was for a light and breaks rubbing, they fixed the light but when I left breaks were still messed up. I didn't want take it back cause I didn't want my bike in the shop for a simple fix for a week, if I didn't have a warranty id take it somewhere else to get worked on. Im am not the only one with issues like this, my good friend ordered exhaust from them and they said 7 to 10 days the parts will be in, months later ya months later he finally just canceled the order cause they still were not in. Now I have a feeling my bike will be in this shop for months for what my insurance company estimates as 9hrs of total labor to fix.

I had my motorcycle serviced before I went on vacation then went 5,785 miles out to the west coast and back without a problem with my bike. Service discovered I needed a new front tire and worked it in before the trip. They also found a short in my wiring that was making my headlight go off and fixed that also before the trip. Thank you Cannonball Harley-Davidson for a great service job that I had no problems going over 5,785 miles without a problem. I had my bike serviced again when I got back in 12 days. They worked me in and I am still riding a great 2014 Electraglide Ultra Limited that I purchased new from the same place. I enjoy going to Cannonball Harley-Davidson in Terre Haute, Indiana, the people are great and the service is top notch. Jacob Ashba was the technician that serviced my motorcycle, thank you for the great job.

Applied for a job there and was really looking forward to it until the interview. Service Manager is a stand up guy and the General Manager or Sales Manager not so much. And Im not trying to be a hater but I could be, Im just saying when you tell someone youll call let them know call and let them know. Good thing I wasnt on fire and waiting to be put out. Professionalism, Integrity and Pride! Probably why theyre still trying to get people hired???
