Tim and Mike did a great job of analyzing the problem with my bike and putting it back and running great. The damage was greater than I expected but they did a good job. It was costly because some of the parts are no longer available from HD, so aftermarket part were installed. Overall a fine job and I will return in the future.

Very few brands sold in the U.S., not to mention the world, enjoy the level of customer loyalty that Harley-Davidson does. HD customers are fanatically loyal and seem to be willing to pay any price for the HD brand and lifestyle. I too like HD products and enjoy riding my Road King but when I walk into the dealership and pick up a simple license plate bracket and see that it is $167.00 it makes you think this is clearly a one way street. Where is HD's loyalty to their customer? There is no problem making a reasonable profit, if not your out of business and we all lose. But there is a difference in reasonable and ridiculous and this is why you hear negative comments from your customers.

Was highly disappointed that my bike was not washed after having all 3 fluids changed, annual inspection and two new tires put on my Softtail Deluxe last week. Spent almost $900. Dallas HD is the closest dealer to me but will consider other dealers in the future if including a wash is not part of the service activity at your location, especially considering the amount I spent.
