I dropped by this past weekend for some of those clear, inline fuel filters with the gold filter element inside. I bought 4, and was surprised by the $4.99/each price on the card the guy removed them from. Total came to $27, which was a disappointment. I got home to review the receipt to find that I was charged $6.50 for each. I can buy them 4/$12 on Amazon. I know it's important to support the local store, which I've done for all my major purchases in the last 2 years via an entire Rev'It adventure touring suit and new Shoei helmet, but this just seemed excessive. But, you did have 'em in stock, and me being able to install them same-day was a plus.

I had great service and the tech was very nice. The only thing negative would be the labor price to do 600 mile service. The total cost was around $250, which seemed a little high to me for routine service. However I will be back for the next service.

Everyone is always very help and the work gets completed in a timely manner. The service dept check out process needs to be looked at to have a smoother process. Possibly have completed tickets printed out so all that needs to be done is for the customer to pay. The dept might need more equipment to complete their job in a smoother and professional manner.

The Service Writer (BW) notifies me via email that my my service was completed but my battery was in a low state of health and needed to e replaced. On the repair order that he sent me he included a charge of $55.00 for charging my old battery. I told him that I would get a new battery later. Minutes later he sends me another repair order stating that customer refused battery and that the services I requested could not be completed because the bike would not start. This is after I spoke to him on the telephone and he told me that everything, oil change, tire, state inspection, had been completed. He then states in his email that I can come pick the bike up (which apparently is possible if I am loading it into a P/U truck. I called him again and he became very argumentative. I feel like he lied to me or misled me and I was forced to buy a new (overpriced - $100.00 vs. me finding the same battery for $60.00 online) battery because he knew that I needed the state inspection. He accused me of twisting his words, but repeating back the exact words you said does not constitute a twist. When I arrived I asked for my military discount and he said that I was already using a coupon.. A COUPON! I told him that my service to this country does not equate to a COUPON. The only reason this isn't a one star review is that he did allow me to have the military discount. I've heard bad things about the service but up until that moment I had never experiences them at Coleman PowerSports, Falls Church. Now I am part of the club.
