Miscommunication from the start! I called in to Coleman initially to schedule an appointment for my recalls but decided to make an appointment online because I did not get a call back when I left a message. Once I received a call, they were very nice and towed my vehicle at no cost. Once he vehicle was in for the recall repairs, I received a call that I needed to replace a belt which was $375. I elected not to do that and just to perform the recall service that I called about. One of the parts for the recall was not in stock so my vehicle stayed an additional week so that the part can be ordered and installed. Meantime, a maintenance that I did not request was performed on my vehicle and I wasnt told about it until after I talked to the rep to confirm my vehicle was ready to be picked up. But wait I wasnt told about the charge for maintenance until I opened my email 2 hours after speaking with the rep. We cleared up the confusion and I was not charged however when I came to pick my vehicle up from service it wasnt clean and my aftermarket lights were disconnected and not reconnected. I told the service manager about my dirty vehicle and was told that since I didnt get a maintenance even though my vehicle was towed in showroom clean that they arent going to perform a hand wash and besides since there was miscommunication on whether I agreed to maintenance or service I should be happy I got a free maintenance. Coleman Service department, I DID NOT REQUEST A MAINTENANCE BUT INSTEAD REQUESTED RECALL SERVICE AS INSTRUCTED BY POLARIS! I did not appreciate the way I was treated! I will never purchase a vehicle from you again nor recommend anyone!

Anthony taught my daughter and I to ride, showed us all the features of the scooter and got us in and out in under 30 mins, we loved it! The only thing that we didn't love is that they didn't honor military or veterans and give us a 10% discount. I normally leave when a company says that they don't honor the military or vets, but the customer service was so great that I bought anyway. I just need to now wait for a delivery date.

Greetings, services from the desk to the workshop was good! Response to issues by Brad was great & in a timely fashion. Its an added bonus when the service delivered beyond my warranty because the company has its own checking list! The Parts Department was ok, just needs someone to help train alongside a new employee. Upper level of establishment isnt as welcoming as far as merchandise and employees. (The service department earned those stars)

Brought my 2, 2018 Seadoo Sparks in for a preseason service. Service was quick and painless. BUT, as I was leaving the office and heading to my truck, Chip, the technician who worked on my skis, had a bucket of soapy water and was washing both my skis off as there was lots of pollen from the recent rains. Who does that? THEN, I was sort of blocked in and being new to driving with a trailer, I was stuck ! Chip volunteered to drive me to a spot in the parking lot where I could maneuver myself out the to main road ! Again, service above and beyond !!!!!!! Thank you again Sir !!
