I arrived to have the recall performed on my 2015 Indian Roadmaster on the Tuesday I had made an appointment for, to find that the appointment didnt exist in the schedule. An appointment was entered right then, and I planned on waiting for my bike. As I was standing there, Scott walked in from the shop and asked what I was having done. Scott is the man I bought the bike with, and has always been great to be around, really caring for customers. When I told him the job, he said that it would be a good idea to leave and come back when the bike was ready, as it would take a while. I did flea research at that point, expecting a call in a day or two, letting me know it was done. No call came, and I called service on Thursday, hearing that nothing had been done on my bike, and it wouldnt be worked on until the following Tuesday. Disappointed and aggravated, I called Scott, and left him a message about what was going on. In a few minutes I got a call from service saying the bike would be done by Friday or Saturday. When I didnt hear anything by Saturday afternoon I called service again, and I was asked, Who told you it would be done today?, and promised a call back. I live an hour from the shop, and wanted to know I would be able to get my bike back, and that I would be able to get to the shop before it closed. No call came, so I called service again, this time hearing that they would have the original person call me back. Never got a call! I called Scott, who said he would find out what was up, and call me right back, and he did exactly that, calling me back in 10 minutes, telling me my bike would be ready when I got there. When I pulled up, the bike was sitting there ready to go. He actually did what he said he was going to do, and took care of me. My opinion right now is that your service department sucks! Too many liars saying they will find out and call back. No real concern or care for the customer. If it wasnt for Scott, I would be taking my business to Indian of Pittsburgh!

Very disappointed with the service department as a whole. people were friendly but there were delays and a lack of communication between your associates. I bought a used 2019 Can Am in July that had 185miles on it. I was told that every pre-owned machine was serviced and inspected. The salesman was no longer there when I picked it up that Friday. took machine home and there were 2 minor things that needed fixed. I was told that it would be taken care of and to bring it back on Tuesday. 8 days later and no one even looked at the machine. parts were ordered and it took approximately a month to be put back into the schedule. when I checked the oil I could tell it was not fresh. When I finally brought the machine back to have the minor fixes done , the tech looked up the history and saw that the machine had never been serviced. I paid for a full service oil change and lube. when I picked up the machine they wanted me to pay for the parts and labor that was to be taken care of from the sale. I also asked them to change the display greeting as it says the name of the first owner. when I got the machine home I found that the greeting was never changed. I decided to check the oil and when I lifted the passenger seat it got caught on one of the plastic rivites that was not pushed back in and put a tear in my seat. I was very disappointed overall- zero stars. the one person who was helpful and did a great job was Mr. Stabile in finance.
